1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using RepOrRegret, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. We won't guilt-trip you about it. Actually, we will — it's kind of our thing.

2. What RepOrRegret is

RepOrRegret is a fitness accountability app that uses GPS-verified check-ins, workout tracking, and customizable push notifications to help you maintain a consistent gym routine. The app is designed to motivate — sometimes gently, sometimes not. You chose your rage level. Own it.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use RepOrRegret
• One account per person. Don't share accounts

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Fake GPS check-ins to trick the app into thinking you went to the gym (you're only cheating yourself — and yes, we know)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

5. Health disclaimer

RepOrRegret is not a medical app. The notifications, workout logs, and motivational content are for informational and accountability purposes only — not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. If a Level 5 notification gets you off the couch and you pull a muscle, that's on you.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in RepOrRegret is owned by RepOrRegret. You get a license to use the app — not to copy it, rebrand it, or build something that's "basically the same thing but different colors."

7. Limitation of liability

RepOrRegret is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be available 100% of the time, that notifications will always fire, or that using the app will make you actually go to the gym. We provide the accountability tools. The rest is on you — as it has always been.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepOrRegret is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated for abuse, the notifications you were avoiding will live rent-free in your memory.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you via the app or email if changes are material. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
